HOW TO CHANNEL INFINITE MOTIVATION WITH GAS INSTEAD OF COFFEE

And what Conor McGregor, Jim Carrey, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Will Smith all do similar.

Have you ever woken up with wall-bouncing motivation only for it to ghost you a short hour later and return right before you need to sleep?

Your drive is basically a female with daddy issues.

Late 2023, Beyond Blue conducted a survey which revealed 20% of Australians took at least one sick day for their mental health because they felt overworked and underpaid.

Which I took a step further four years ago.

I had to sleep in my car at a job site because the boss wouldn’t provide accommodation.

Plus, we worked fourteen days straight and weren’t paid penalties.

It wore me down beyond exhaustion and quitting looked like the practical thing to do.

So I quit.

When your environment squeezes every drop of hope and motivation out of you, you’re prone to discouragement and bitterness.

Which is why you might punch your steering wheel after the third red light in a row, or throw your groceries in your car because you dropped your energy drink.

Or…

You might collapse on the couch and half watch whatever quick-cut YouTube video plays.

And your unmotivated behaviour carries through your relationships too.

Soon, your friends won’t invite you out because you ruin the mood. Your partner will resent you for your lack of drive. And you’ll lose your job to someone more motivated.

But you’ve tried to wake yourself up with coffee, drag yourself through a workout and you’ve tried taking a mental health day to catch up on sleep.

That only makes you more tired, and motivation a rare condition you can never catch.

If both rest and movement don’t give you more energy, it’s because neural pathways inside your brain are blocked and can’t release positive endorphins (Cascio et al., 2016).

Try this instead..

An extremely powerful dialogue that unlocks neural pathways and instantly relieves pressure from the back of your neck.

Find a quiet room you feel comfortable in and stand with your shoulders back and chin up like you’re trying to grow 2 inches taller.

You can close your eyes or leave them open, it doesn’t matter.

Next, say with conviction (like you mean it):

I [your name], am powerful.

I have unlimited energy and an abundance of wealth.

I am confident in myself and in my ability to [your skill].

Repeat four times and you will immediately feel the tension in the back of your neck release and your body feel lighter.

When you repeat just those three sentences as little as once a day, you shatter self-sabotaging thoughts and subconsciously make better decisions in your daily life.

After 30 days, you’ll have earned respect from your partner and friends and luck will give you every green light you ask for.

You can find almost any successful person mention how they channeled motivation every day and how it worked.

Jim Carrey wrote himself a $10 Million Check and looked at it every single day until he earned that exact amount from The Mask six years later.

Arnold Schwarzenegger would stand in front of a mirror every day and imagine himself having a perfect physique. He said “I’m going to be the best bodybuilding champion in the world.” and did exactly that.
